(Fish Roe Croquettes)

150gms of tarama (fish roe)
1-1.25 cups of flour
1.25 cups of water
1 fresh onion, finely chopped
1 small bunch of dill
Oil for frying


1. Place tarama into a bowl. Add the water and mix until smooth.
2. Add chopped onion and dill.
3. Fold in the flour until a dough is formed.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan. When it is hot lower the heat.
5. Add one spoon at a time of the mixture and cook until golden brown.
